Role Title
Manager – Sales & Sponsorship
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Sponsorship professional to drive revenue and strategic partnerships across our IPs in the Sports, Lifestyle & Entertainment domain. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience, a strong network, and a results-driven approach to business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end sponsorship servicing.
- Sponsorship Sales: Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Identify new categories and brands for various sports & lifestyle properties with the purpose of revenue generation
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering tailored solutions while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Target Ownership: Consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets through effective pipeline management and proactive sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong funnel of leads, ensuring consistent business growth across multiple IPs and event properties.
- Client Servicing & Partner Engagement: Deliver high-touch servicing to partners, ensuring value delivery and long-term engagement.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily sales operations, reporting, and coordination for smooth internal and external stakeholder communication.

- Advanced Sales Expertise: Proven track record in strategic and consultative sales with high conversion rates.
- Brand Understanding: Deep insight into brand briefs, campaign KPIs, and how to align partnership opportunities accordingly.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple sponsorship and sales initiatives simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing high-value relationships with CXO-level clients, agencies, and brand partners.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to drive cross-functional success.
Preferred Work Experience
Minimum 5 years in a similar client-facing, revenue-generating role within media, events, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors. • Specialization: Sales, Sponsorships, Events, Client Servicing • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

Licensing Lead
Role Overview
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic L&M partnerships for various IPs within RISE umbrella
- Drive revenue growth as well as increase brand value for various IPs within RISE umbrella
- Establish and maintain relationships with key licensors, retailers, and industry partners
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand sales channels.
- Develop yearly sales forecasts and financial performance metrics
- Drive and lead day to day servicing of various licensing programs
- Drove continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize ROI on licensing investments
Core Competencies
- Graduate/Post graduate
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple licensee partnerships and their service their deliverables
- Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams
Very well versed with MS Excel with ability to create dashboards and reports - Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Qualification required: Bachelors, Sports management, or a related field
Preferred Work Experience
Minimum 10-12 years of work experience in Licensing and Merchandising.
