Role Title
Digital Partnerships Manager & Special Projects
Role Overview
Work across a slew of Reliance Sports and Lifestyle properties including, Mumbai Indians and other expansion teams, primarily looking into delivery of digital partnerships, special projects, business development, brand solutions, sponsor servicing, technology integration, innovation and research.
- Ascertain new avenues to generate revenue across our digital businesses
- Project management of key digital growth-oriented ventures
- Recommend and forge partnerships with new and existing partners, which increase utility and provide efficiencies across businesses
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on implementation of emerging technologies
- Service digital partners and present opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Provide brand solutions to bridge the gap between proposition and monetisation
- Define and measure performance parameters for content solutions
- Recommend digital-led investment opportunities of the future
- Liaise with various internal teams including: Marketing, Sponsorship, Licensing and Digital as well as key external partner stakeholders to deliver a seamless partnership experience
- Assess metrics that matter and share actionable insights and recommendations
Core Competencies
- Excellent awareness of sports-specific digital ecosystem including platform-specific nuances
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills to spot trends, recognize patterns, connect the dots on a regular basis
- Prior experience of sponsor servicing preferably across digital deliverables
- Reasonable network across media agencies and brands that can help with opening doors and initiating digital-specific sales conversations
- Proven communication and presentation skills
Preferred Work Experience
• Proven academic competence: Post graduate, MBA etc. • Minimum prior experience of five years in Indian sports ecosystem preferably within the Indian cricket ecosystem

Role Title
Senior Manager - Legal
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports law, entertainment law, contract negotiation, intellectual property, commercial structuring and regulatory compliance. This role involves providing legal guidance to various internal stakeholders and supporting the organization in navigating the complex legal landscape of the sports and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to sponsorships, licensing, talent endorsement agreements, youth sports programs, and other commercial arrangements.
- Intellectual Property: Advise on IP management and protection, including copyrights, trademarks, branding, and personality/publicity rights to safeguard the company’s assets.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including those governing intellectual property, sports commercial rights, content/digital platforms, information technology, and policies/regulations prescribed by relevant sports bodies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Legal Research: Conduct research on emerging legal and commercial trends in the sports and entertainment sectors and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Advisory Support: Act as a legal advisor to internal teams, including sales, marketing, business development, and HR.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing disputes and litigation, collaborating with external counsel when necessary.
- Policy Development: Contribute to developing and implementing internal policies and best practices related to legal matters.

- Strong practical experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly sponsorship agreements, licensing and merchandising agreements, and talent/athlete endorsement agreements
- Exposure to sports-specific regulations and commercial frameworks, publicity and personality rights of athletes/celebrities, youth sports programs, or digital media & technology-related legal issues

Preferred Work Experience
• LL.B. Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Sponsorship professional to drive revenue and strategic partnerships across our IPs in the Sports, Lifestyle & Entertainment domain. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience, a strong network, and a results-driven approach to business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end sponsorship servicing.
- Sponsorship Sales: Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Identify new categories and brands for various sports & lifestyle properties with the purpose of revenue generation
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering tailored solutions while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Target Ownership: Consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets through effective pipeline management and proactive sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments.
