Role Title

Digital Partnerships Manager & Special Projects

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

Work across a slew of Reliance Sports and Lifestyle properties including, Mumbai Indians and other expansion teams, primarily looking into delivery of digital partnerships, special projects, business development, brand solutions, sponsor servicing, technology integration, innovation and research.

  • Ascertain new avenues to generate revenue across our digital businesses
  • Project management of key digital growth-oriented ventures
  • Recommend and forge partnerships with new and existing partners, which increase utility and provide efficiencies across businesses
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on implementation of emerging technologies
  • Service digital partners and present opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing partners
  • Provide brand solutions to bridge the gap between proposition and monetisation
  • Define and measure performance parameters for content solutions
  • Recommend digital-led investment opportunities of the future
  • Liaise with various internal teams including: Marketing, Sponsorship, Licensing and Digital as well as key external partner stakeholders to deliver a seamless partnership experience
  • Assess metrics that matter and share actionable insights and recommendations

Core Competencies

  • Excellent awareness of sports-specific digital ecosystem including platform-specific nuances
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills to spot trends, recognize patterns, connect the dots on a regular basis
  • Prior experience of sponsor servicing preferably across digital deliverables
  • Reasonable network across media agencies and brands that can help with opening doors and initiating digital-specific sales conversations
  • Proven communication and presentation skills

Preferred Work Experience

• Proven academic competence: Post graduate, MBA etc. • Minimum prior experience of five years in Indian sports ecosystem preferably within the Indian cricket ecosystem
