Role Overview

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Manager, you will be expected to churn out creative content on a regular basis with the ability to recognize which social media platform would be apt for distribution of content. The candidate will be required to have the ability to spot trends in their early stage, and have a global outlook as well as have the ability to service clients.

  • Content Creation, distribution and amplification across multiple digital channels.
  • Sharing of ideas with the talent and their consequent execution, and distribution among the different channels and mediums
  • Photo and video editing through phone-based editing software.
  • Basic editing skills to enhance images/videos to aid in a quick turnaround time
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Managing key members within the team as well as externally (with the talent’s entourage – family, friends, etc). Rearticulate to make it more palatable for external communication.
  • Create opportunities for monetisation through brand associations
  • The goal is to generate revenue via social media through current as well as potential future partners
  • Communication of key pointers around performances/sentiment on social media of the talent that will aid in PR coverage and/or brand deals
  • Managing video and photo shoots.
  • Brand related as well as personal photoshoots to be managed
  • Pitch executable content ideas customised to each talent’s traits.
  • Present ideas to talents on a regular basis that fits within their personality
  • Stay up to date with latest trends in content creation and brand collaborations within the sports ecosystem. Be informed to stay ahead of the game with content ideas for the talent that’s tailored to their personalities; look out for opportunities for potential brand collaborations
  • Stay up to date with digital trends as well as forecast potential trends
  • Jump on opportunities via trends to help increase reach/engagement of the talent, with trends that fit in line with their positioning and brand image

Core Competencies

  • Performance assessment and associated regular reporting of data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • IP ideation and distribution; build monetizable creative assets for talents
  • Brainstorm with the talent team to help build IPs that fit within the respective talent’s personalities. Help monetize the IPs.
  • Social media competence across different platforms: strategic and operational competence
  • Knowledge of all current social media channels as well as upcoming ones from a strategic as well as an operational level
  • Project management for special initiatives.
  • Oversee special projects around the talents from a content generation as well as execution perspective
  • Client servicing and expectations management

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field. Sports or entertainment specific experience would be ideal.

Role Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic L&M partnerships for various IPs within RISE umbrella
  • Drive revenue growth as well as increase brand value for various IPs within RISE umbrella
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key licensors, retailers, and industry partners
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand sales channels.
  • Develop yearly sales forecasts and financial performance metrics
  • Drive and lead day to day servicing of various licensing programs
  • Drove continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize ROI on licensing investments

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

Identify Business Opportunities: Research and analyse prospects to uncover new sales opportunities.

  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through calls, virtual or face-to-face meetings, and proposal submissions to convert leads into sales.
  • Client Development: Build and nurture client relationships across various IPs, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end servicing.

Role Title

Creative Designer (Sales)

Role Overview

Responsibilities:

The Creative Designer will play a vital role in working with the sales team in identifying, conceptualising and executing various visual design driven elements that aid the overall sales process.

Creating bespoke and premium still image and video assets for digital channels, including imagery for paid social campaigns, WhatsApp and display assets amongst others. 

Interpreting creative briefs to deliver compelling, campaign creatives.

Maintain high quality creative output whilst adhering to brand guidelines.

Confidently communicating design concepts and incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Working collaboratively across various sales functions to achieve organisational efficiency.

Managing multiple design projects, prioritising where necessary to meet required deadlines.

Working closely with the wider design team, supporting on other projects where possible. E.g cut outs / thumbnails / match day graphics.

Expected creative design outputs:

Digital: Website and app banners, social media creatives, splash screens, illustrations, power point presentations, brand guidelines, logo creation, colour correcting images etc.

Print: Newspaper advertisement layouts, OOH layouts, on-ground event branding etc.

Core Competencies

Expert proficiency in the following tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience

Prior experience in photo and/or video art direction

Prior experience in defining or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines

Ability to synthesise project briefs into actionable design solutions

Excellent knowledge of design, typography, photography and illustration

Ability to manage time and various projects’ deadlines at the same time

Basic understanding of IP rights and infringement avoidance

Preferred Work Experience

2 years’ experience as a designer working across multiple brands and on a broad range of projects in-house or within a creative, marketing, design or brand agency
